Promoter, producer, DJ and Bitta label owner, Japan’s DJ Nobu is a cult figure in Japanese techno with over two decades of experience.
Known as the man behind the Future Terror parties in his hometown Chiba for over ten years, Nobu managed to juggle various roles while also modelling a path forward for others in his scene. Rooted in a hardcore punk background and an ethos aligned with progressive politics of “standing up for the socially disadvantaged”, his influences and techniques have morphed and evolved over the years. His formative experiences at Berlin’s Love Parade and the legendary 1994 Liquidroom Tokyo set by Jeff Mills have lit his lifelong passion for techno.
Nobu is a DJ with no fixed style, but holds a real ability to draw inspiration from the entire world of music to bring forward new, unique soundscapes. His sets are deep but hit hard. From uplifting house selections to peak-time techno energy, his rhythms have graced dancefloors ranging from Berlin’s Berghain and Tresor, to London’s fabric, Beijing’s Zhao Dai and New York’s new queer rave, MERGE.
Walentin Pauer
A master of contrasts, Walentin Pauer thrives in the shadowplay of light and darkness, with a flair for reckless experimentation in the studio. As one of Control Club’s resident DJs, Pauer has a knack for reading the room that allows him to maintain the energy without sacrificing his staple sound. When he takes the stage, expect unexpected discoveries and unforgettable beats.
Supersanity
Supersanity is a musician and composer based in Bucharest. He’s been releasing music under various aliases for over 20 years, most recently under forward thinking labels like R&S Records (Aphex Twin, Nils Frahm, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson; Kenny Larkin, Joey Beltram, The Future Sound of London, James Blake, Tale of Us, Richie Hawtin) and its ambient division Apollo Records (The Orb, Sun Electric, Biosphere, Cabaret Voiltaire), widely considered responsible for bringing techno to Europe. His sound combines hypnotic rhythms with rich, naturally evolving sounds that invite the listener into a parallel world.

Bexx exhudes main character energy whenever she takes the stage. A true Lara Croft behind the decks, she commands crowds with her signature sound, a mixture of dark, sleazy, pumping beats leading up to unapologetic techno. With an eclectic taste in music, she knows how to deliver an immersive, captivating atmosphere.
Cocco Mio is a talented illustrator and graphic designer whose passion for art and sound knows no bounds. She thrives at the intersection of these worlds, mesmerized with all aspects of electronic music. Her love for digging spans her creative process, seamlessly blending drawing with audio journeys as a way of life.
